PRACTICES AND CONDUCT EXPECTED from Caregivers

  • Recognize that the interdependence between team members is essential, even though the role of each employee is different;
  • Actively contribute to the creation and maintenance of a work climate that is conducive to mutual trust, exchange and collaboration;
  • Inquire about their responsibilities.
  • Dispense care and services in compliance with recognized standards;
  • Practice knowledge sharing with other caregivers.
