Strategic Plan
The 2009-2019 Strategic Plan was developed after extensive review of the Foyer’s 2006 strategic plan, which was developed following consultations undertaken by the Foyer Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Inc. At that time, the members of the Executive and the Board of Directors took part in a data collection process, led by an external consultant. The data collection process was followed by several Board working sessions aimed at reviewing the consultant’s report and establishing strategic priorities.
Reviewing the strategic plan allowed the Foyer Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Inc. to identify priorities and establish a framework for improving and developing the future of its services.
